Park Mini Bulgaria

Park "Mini Bulgaria" - all of Bulgaria in one hour

At the foot of the Tsarevets fortress in Veliko Tarnovo, right under the emblematic Baldwin Tower, is one of the most interesting tourist attractions in Bulgaria - Park "Mini Bulgaria". This is the only miniature park in the country, which offers the opportunity to tour the most significant Bulgarian landmarks in just one hour.

Creation and concept

The park was opened on September 30, 2017 with the mission to gather the invaluable cultural history of Bulgaria in one easily accessible place. Located on an area of 12.5 acres, it presents models of over 60 to 100 of the most famous landmarks in the country, made on a scale of 1:25.

Precision and scale

The models in the park were made in a specialized model workshop, established in 2004 in Kiev. The exhibits are made of durable PVC material (10 mm plastic) with technologies that allow for almost 90 percent similarity with the original. A large part of the details are made on 3D printers.

The production of one model takes between 3 months and 1 year, depending on its complexity and detail. We work on drawings, archival photos and satellite images to achieve maximum historical and architectural accuracy.
